Keeping Warm & Adjusting to Altitude

In the winter months it is crucial to stay dry in order to stay warm. We recommend you wear synthetic fibres, as well as wool and/or fleece. The sun can be extremely powerful on the mountain, so we highly recommend you bring hats, sunscreen and UV eye protection.

The high altitude affects roughly 25% of visitors. Symptoms of altitude sickness include headaches and nausea. We therefore recommend you keep hydrated during your time here.
