This policy involves a small fee that guests pay, which serves to protect both themselves and your home in the event of incidents such as spilled drinks on carpets, scratched floors, damaged furniture, and more.

We provide the full spectrum of services: housekeeping, maintenance and concierge. All homes are inspected prior to guest arrivals, a guest registration form is signed prior to check-in, and we provide a welcome pack and basket. For homeowners looking for an extra level of service, we will personally check-in your guests to ensure they are properly acquainted with the home and understand any and all of its unique features, as well as sign a copy of the House Rules.
